Born in Philadelphia and a native of Philly’s western suburbs, Melissa is a graduate of the University of South Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Her career started with the Home Shopping Network in St. Petersburg, FL as a buyer’s assistant. With an added passion for photography, she then graduated from Moore College of Art & Design with a degree in Digital Media and ran a successful photography business focusing on family, newborn, and child portraiture.

Melissa first dipped her toes in the real estate world in 2013 when she began photographing homes and communities throughout Northeast Florida. In 2015, she decided to become a licensed agent herself. Since then, Melissa has built a successful career for herself helping countless buyers, sellers, investors and renters all throughout Nocatee, Ponte Vedra Beach, St. Johns, St. Augustine and the greater Jacksonville region.

Nocatee and the surrounding Ponte Vedra Beach area are exceptional places to live and work, which is why Melissa chose to call it home in 2013. The proximity to the scenic coastlines of the Atlantic Ocean, and year-round outdoor living are the main reasons she decided to move here. In her free time, she enjoys traveling (especially to any of America’s National Parks), swimming, gardening, sewing & hiking. She feels most at home while relaxing at the beach with her dogs, Wilson & Theodore.
